Kill Devil Records –

XXXTentacion’s estate will host a pop-up shop in Miami this week.

It’s been over one year since the passing of 20-year-old XXXTentacion, one of the most influential artists of his generation. The broken soul touched millions of like-minded individuals around the world, becoming one of the most-streamed musicians of all time in his short career. Who knows what could have been if he had not lost his life in June of 2018. The late rapper has been memorialized by way of his posthumous Skins album, which was unfortunately not well-received by fans at all. His second posthumous effort will soon be released and, alongside the fresh music, we also have a chance to cop some gear from his BAD clothing brand.

In a new teaser clip uploaded to Jahseh’s Instagram story, the artist can be heard speaking about the creation of Bad Vibes Forever. “Okay, so my current focus is creation and evolution,” begins XXX. “Every day, you evolve. You are the actor in your own movie. You get to be anybody you want to be.”

Closing out the video is the official announcement of a pop-up shop at Alchemist in Miami, lasting two days from November 16 to November 17. Interestingly enough, the upcoming album is referred to as XXXTentacion’s “final album,” meaning that we will no longer be receiving musical gifts from the late star posthumously.

Keep your eyes peeled for Bad Vibes Forever, Vol. 1 and be sure to head to the pop-up if you’re in town.

XXXTENTACION’s Estate Announces New Song “Royalty” Drops This Week

New music from XXXTENTACION is coming this Friday.

There’s no doubt that XXXTENTACION created a ton of music during his lifetime. Even though he’s gone, there’s still a bunch of unreleased tracks that his team has been slowly releasing to the public. Even months after his death, the estate of XXXTENTACION released his first posthumous album, Skins which included an appearance from Kanye West. Now, his mother has announced that a new song from XXXTENTACION will hit streaming services later this week.

XXXTENTACION’s mother took to Instagram to announce a release date for his song, “Royalty.” The single itself never saw an official release but it did surface on the Internet last summer. The leaked version included contributions from Ky-Mani Marley but X’s mom didn’t actually clarify whether or not the official version will include an appearance from Marley. The announcement for the single comes a few days after Travis Barker released his own remix to XXXTENTACION and Lil Peep‘s collaboration “Falling Down.”

On the one year anniversary of the rapper’s death, his estate announced that he has a new album on theway. We could only assume that “Royalty” will likely be the single that kicks off the rollout for the project. The project’s yet to receive an official title but it was previously revealed that it will include appearances from some of the biggest artists out right now. Who those may be remains a mystery but keep your eyes peeled for more details.

XXXTentacion fans outraged at hashtag ‘celebrating’ rapper’s one year death anniversary

June 18 marks the one year anniversary of the death of Jahseh Dwayne Onfroy, better known as XXXTentacion. The 20-year-old rapper was shot outside a motorbike store in Florida by two assailants and his death was mourned by many in the music industry.

Now a whole year after his death, Twitter is still divided over his legacy with some users — mostly identified as K-pop fans — using the tags #XxxtinctParty2019 and #XxxtinctGala2019 to “celebrate” his demise.

The young rapper had his fair share of controversy. Before his death, XXXTentacion was supposed to stand trial for domestic violence. Although he pleaded “not guilty”, audio tapes of him confessing to beating up his pregnant girlfriend and stabbing eight people surfaced in October 2018.

The tweets also angered quite a few k-pop fans who felt that their fandom was being shown in a bad light because of the actions of a minority.

“Y’all really making fun of a dead man, Who tf said that was alright? Kpop Stan’s should’ve never inserted themselves into this. Honestly, just say you’re mad and go. If the roles were reversed and they made a # like #XxxtinctGala2019 about your favs y’all would be pissed so stop” – @kxkoyaxk

On June 16, 2019, XXXTentacion’s close friend C Glizzy was shot in the head outside a convenience store in Florida. The 16-year-old rapper was rushed to the hospital and is reportedly in critical condition but expected to survive.

Rising rap star C Glizzy has been shot in Florida, three days before the first anniversary of his friend XXXTentacion‘s death.

The 16-year-old was reportedly wounded in the head when he was gunned down outside a convenience store in Pompano Beach, Florida on 15 June.

He is thought to have been close to XXXTentacion before the artist was shot dead at a motorcycle dealership in south Florida on 18 June, 2018.

According to WPLG Local 10 News reporter Madeleine Wright, doctors removed a bullet from the 16-year-old’s head during emergency surgery at Broward Health North in Pompano Beach.

Glizzy was still in hospital on Monday night, according to Instagram.

His mother reports that he is heavily sedated and not talking, while they hold onto hope that he will survive the gunshot wound to the head.

Police are still searching for the assailant, People reports.

C Glizzy, born Christian Moore, has over 67,000 followers on Instagram and grew more famous thanks to his association with XXX.

The first post on Glizzy’s Instagram, 52 weeks ago, was a throwback video with the rapper that has been viewed over 3million times.

XXXTentacion was just 20 years old when he was rushed by two men carrying a ‘short-barrelled rifle’ and a handgun in a suspected robbery last June.

PnB Rock says he recorded a few songs with the late rapper.
Viewers who watched the Billboard Music Awards on Wednesday night missed out on seeing XXXTENTACION’s album ? take home the award for Top R&B Album of the year. The coveted award wasn’t included in the ceremony, but it’s just another addition to the list of posthumous accomplishments for the late rapper.

The 20-year-old’s life was taken far too soon when he was gunned down during a robbery at a motorcycle dealership in Florida, but his legacy lives on through his son, Gekyume, and his music. Earlier today PnB Rock released his latest effort TrapStar Turnt PopStar, an album that featured a collaboration with XXXTENTACION. “I have a few songs with XXXTENTACION that could have made the project, but I feel like with those songs, it’s more so sentimental value to me now,” PnB told Apple Music.

“I want everything to be cohesive to go how he wanted it, you feel me?” he continued. “He really surprised me with ‘MIDDLE CHILD,’ because I wasn’t even expecting to do that type of song with him. I was thinking I was gonna go one route, talking about how I came up, talking about how I got kicked out my mama’s house. But he came on it and just started swagging on it. I’m like, nah, I gotta match that energy. I can’t be so serious when he just having fun with this.”

Quotable Lyrics

They never showed me now love with this (Yeah)
I had to jugg and finesse, was just standing on corner
Was selling them drugs and sh*t (Drugs)
They used to be on some other sh*t (Uh)

Quavo, Lil Skies, Lil Durk, and more will be featured on the album.
PnB Rock is about to unleash his latest masterpiece onto us, teasing TrapStar Turnt PopStar for quite some time now. The singer has been working on this project for over a year and in a few days, we’ll finally be able to hear it in its complete form. In the last few weeks, more information has emerged regarding what we can expect from the Philadelphia rapper and today, he decided to come through in the clutch with a full tracklist, revealing all of the names we will be hearing on Friday.

The album will be dropping on May 3 but before that, PnB Rock wanted to share a few surprises with his fans. Unveiling the tracklist on his social pages, the rapper will be undertaking some star-studded collaborations this time around. Most of us are excited to hear his previously-unreleased collaboration with XXXTentacion, which is titled “Middle Child.” The work will be separated into two sections: TrapStar and PopStar. In the first section, songs with Quavo, Lil Durk, Tee Grizzley, and others will grace the listing. On the other side, Lil Skies, Tory Lanez, A Boogie wit da Hoodie and Diplo will bring some pop magic to the table. In total, we’re looking at eighteen songs on this thing, which seems pretty long. However, with the way it’s divided, PnB Rock may be onto something here.

Are you looking forward to this one? TrapStar Turnt PopStar drops on May 3.

On June 18, 2018, American rapper XXXTentacion, real name Jahseh Dwayne Ricardo Onfroy, was shot and killed in an apparent robbery just outside RIVA Motorsports, an upscale seller of motorcycles and watercraft in DeerfieldBeach, Florida. He was shot multiple times in the neck and was in critical condition before being pronounced dead at exactly 5:30 p.m.

Onfroy went to Bank of America to withdraw money before heading to RIVA Motorsports, an upscale seller of motorcycles and boats in DeerfieldBeach, Florida. After withdrawing money from a bank, he was followed by a dark-colored Dodge Journey SUV allegedly containing Dedrick Williams, Robert Allen, Michael Boatwright, and Trayvon Newsome.

At 3:30 p.m. EDT, Onfroy arrived at RIVA Motorsports and entered with his uncle.Robert Allen and Dedrick Williams followed Onfroy inside the store.

The two (Williams and Allen) walked right past Onfroy as he was browsing motorcycles. They are recorded coming into RIVA and buying two black masks. A half an hour later, Onfroy left the dealership, entered his black BMW and began to drive away from the dealership. The SUV drove in front of Onfroy’s car, blocking him in while Newsome and Boatwright exited the vehicle and demanded property from Onfroy. A brief struggle ensued, which resulted in Onfroy being shot multiple times in the neck by Boatwright.Witnesses told police Newsome and Boatwright took a Louis Vuitton bag from Onfroy’s vehicle and then ran to the black Dodge.

The shooting occurred in east of the city of Parkland where Onfroy was living at the time. The Broward County Fire Department rushed him to the nearby Broward Health North.Onfroy was initially reported to be in critical condition following the shooting, but the BrowardCounty Sheriff’s Office later confirmed his death.

XXXTENTACION Mom Try’s To Block Baby Mama’s DNA Request

XXXTENTACION’s mother is trying to put the late rapper’s baby mother’s request for a DNA sample to a halt. According to the Blast, Cleopatra Bernard demanded that the petition filed by Jenesis Sanchez be dismissed.

Jenesis Sanchez filed documents requesting to obtain a DNA sample from XXXTENTACION in order to establish paternity for their child Gekyume in XXXTENTACION’s estate. Reasons behind Bernard’s attempt to prevent Sanchez from obtaining DNA samples aren’t clear since the documents are sealed.

Sanchez initially filed petitions to prove that X was indeed the father of her child. In documents she filed to the court, she said that she and X lived together and had “sexual relations during the time that Gekyume was conceived from February 19 through June 18, 2018, the day of the Decedent’s death.” She further explained that she and X weren’t married and while no one has disputed that he’s the father of Gekyume, she just wants concrete evidence over the paternity.

XXXTENTACION’s mother has been the head of his estate since his death. She was even the one that ended up revealing that X had a child on the way and shared the firstphotos of baby Gekyume.

In other X-related news, Bernard recently teased an upcoming collaboration with her late son featuring Stefflon Don and  Vybz Kartel. There hasn’t been a release date for it set yet but we could assume it might be coming soon.
